There are different types of vegetables. These seasonal fruits and vegetables can be the main weapon to take extra care of your skin. Almost every day we buy some or the other fruit for food. If you can use some of those fruits wisely for skin care, then your skin will be radiant and radiant. Of course, only seasonal fruits should not be used on the skin. At the same time there must be balance in living.

Beauty expert Rahima Sultana said, it is better to drink more water and eat fruits at this time. Besides, it is very important to apply face pack at least twice a week. Skin care is done in a natural way using herbal ingredients. There are no side effects on the skin. Therefore, herbal facials are more important to enhance the vitality and beauty of the skin. Let's see which fruits, vegetables and spices can be used in skin care.

Cucumber

Cucumber is a very good toner for oily skin. Applying cucumber juice, soybean, honey, grape paste brightens the skin and reduces the oily feeling. In case of dry skin, mix 1 teaspoon of oatmeal and cucumber paste together and leave it for half an hour.

Apply the mixture on the face and neck and keep it for 20 minutes. You can also add honey if you want. Honey will retain the beauty of the skin. If the skin is normal, the problem is much less. Rahima Sultana said that cucumber wheel and lemon juice work well to clean the skin of the face.

On the skin of hands and feet: Cucumber juice, potato juice, honey should be applied on hands and feet and when it is dry, it should be washed off.

Watermelon

Mix 1 tablespoon watermelon juice and 1 tablespoon yogurt together for supple skin. Now apply this pack on your face and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Then wash your face with cold water. On dry skin take 1 tablespoon watermelon juice and 1 tablespoon honey.

Mix the two ingredients well and apply on the skin. Leave it on the skin for 20 minutes and wash it off with lukewarm water. For sensitive skin, do not take watermelon juice but mix it with honey and apply it on your skin. After 20 minutes of applying on the skin, wash your face with normal water.

On the skin of hands and feet: Blend a few pieces of watermelon and mix it with 1 tablespoon of rice powder and use it.

Raw turmeric

To brighten and refresh dry skin, you can mix raw turmeric, olive oil, lemon juice, egg white and rose water together and apply it on the face. Make a mask of raw turmeric, sandalwood powder and orange juice and apply it on the face to reduce the problem of oily skin.

Rahima Sultana recommends keeping a little turmeric powder and honey on normal skin for 15 minutes.

On the skin of hands and feet: There is no alternative to turmeric to remove hand and foot scars. Mix raw turmeric powder, lemon juice and apply paste.

Grape juice

Grapefruit juice is beneficial for all skin types. Gently rub the whole face for a minute with a few fingers. Leave it for a while and wash your face with water. Absolutely natural facewash will work on all skin types. In addition, mash the grapes and apply it on the face and leave it for 15 minutes.

When dry, wash. It will make your skin brighter by eliminating sunburn. Rahima Sultana further said that if you use the above face packs as a scrub at home one day a week, you will get good results. However, excess beauty is harmful for the skin.
