You can also eat fish and chicken. However, drinking coffee, cold drinks, extra oily and spicy foods, alcohol, etc. can increase urinary tract infections. Resulting in higher amounts of water; You can also eat them like watermelon, cucumber, etc. These can prevent bacterial infections by flushing out toxins.

Don't hold back urine:

Be careful to wear clothes:
