News Desk: The importance of Jumu'ah prayers is immense. You should not abstain from Jumu'ah even if you cannot go to the mosque. Because there are important virtues in performing Jumu'ah. And Allah Almighty has revealed a separate verse for the purpose of performing Jumu'ah. But if there is no mosque anywhere or it is not possible to go to the mosque for any reason, then how to perform Jumu'ah? If you can't find a mosque or can't go to the mosque, can't you read Jumu'ah? What is the instruction of Islam about this?

The weekly prescribed worship of Muslims is Jumu'ah. There is no greater deed or worship than going to the mosque and performing the prayers on Friday. Because Allah Almighty has instructed that- O you who believe! On the day of Jumu'ah, when the call to prayer is called for you, then hasten to the remembrance of Allah (to the prayers) and give up buying and selling. That is better for you, if you only knew. Then when the prayer is over, disperse. Seek the bounty of Allah. And remember Allah much, that you may be successful. '(Surah Jumu'ah: verses 9-10) If the mosque is not available, the condition for collecting Jumu'ah Jumu'ah is usually recited after gathering in the mosque. Although in the Hanafi Madhhab, the mosque is not a condition for performing Jumu'ah, nor is the large congregation a condition. Even then, it is best to offer prayers in the mosque. Therefore, if a mosque is not available somewhere or there is any difficulty in going to the mosque, then even if it is possible to make arrangements for it without leaving Jumu'ah, it is a very virtuous deed and obedience to Allah's command. If there is a problem, it is necessary to have at least 3 worshipers besides the Imam to perform Jumu'ah. If there are less than three worshipers, Jumu'ah will not be performed. In other words, at least 4 people including Imam Muazzin will be able to perform Jumu'ah together. If it is less, it will not be Jumu'ah. It is important to remember If there is a large number of worshipers in an epidemic affected area, dangerous area or if the mosque is far away or the mosque is not available or there are 4 or more people including the number of imams and muezzins for performing Jumu'ah, then what is the Islamic instruction in giving Jumu'ah and Azan? Yes, many countries around the world have been affected by the Corona epidemic.

In this situation, the scholars have given a clear opinion about the call to prayer. And this opinion is applicable to everyone in giving Jumu'ah and Azan. - Azan Azan used two words instead of ‘Haiya Alas-Salah’ in a dangerous or unusual moment. Some say - Asalatu fi buyutikum, while others say the words "sallu fi rihalikum" mean - you stay at home and pray. It is not forbidden to call to prayer and pray at home. It has been narrated in the hadith- Hazrat Nafi Rahmatullahi Alaihi narrates that on a very cold winter night, Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) called for prayers at a place called Jaznan. Then he declared: صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ ‘Sallu fi rihalikum’ means you perform the prayers at the place of residence. He later told us that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked the muezzin to call to prayer on a rainy or severe winter night while on a journey, and at the same time to announce that you should pray at your place of residence. (Bukhari, Muslim, Musnad Ahmad) - Collection of Jumu'ah In the eyes of the Islamic Shari'ah, it is not impossible to observe Jumu'ah in the mosque if necessary, just as there is a respite from leaving the congregational prayers in the mosque due to disaster. And it is not impossible to perform Jumu'ah even if there is no risk of going to the mosque or if the mosque is not found. Because in the Hanafi Madhhab, the mosque is not a condition for performing Jumu'ah, nor is the large congregation a condition. Most of the ulama 'have expressed their views in favor of performing Jumu'ah in the mosque or outside the mosque in the presence of a total of four persons, including the Imam-Muazzin. Moreover, according to Imam Abu Yusuf Rahmatullahi Alaihi, Jumu'ah can be performed only if there are two people besides the Imam. Therefore, if there is danger of epidemic, threat to life, if there is no mosque or if the mosque is not found or if there is any problem, then the Friday prayers can be performed at home or without the mosque only if there are 4 people including Imam-Muazzin. The importance of collecting Jumu'ah Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that a person comes to the mosque for Jumu'ah after bathing and wearing clean clothes and performs the prescribed Sunnah and sits quietly (listening to the khutbah). , Then all his sins from one Jumu'ah to another Jumu'ah are forgiven, including three more days. ' Hazrat Yazid bin Maryam said, "I was going for Jumu'ah prayers. On the way I met Abaya bin Rafayar. He asked me, 'Where are you going?' I replied that I was going to offer Friday prayers. He said, "Good luck to you." That is the way of Allah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, 'It is forbidden for a slave whose feet are soiled in the way of Allaah to have fire (of Hell).' Therefore, it is understood that there are many rewards in preparing for the Jumu'ah prayers, listening to the khutbah, performing the prayers and taking one step towards the Jumu'ah. Therefore, Jumu'ah can be performed only on the day of Jumu'ah if one cannot go to the mosque due to problems, or if there is an opportunity subject to not getting the mosque, or if it is possible, if the prescribed number of worshipers is found. And it will forgive the sins of three days including the week. And Hell will be forbidden.

May Allaah grant the Muslim Ummah the Tawfeeq to go to the mosque and perform Jumu'ah. Even if you can't go to the mosque in the light of the situation, donate tawfiq to try to perform Jumu'ah as an alternative. Amen.
