News Desk: Custard is a creamy sauce made mainly from milk, eggs and sugar. Because of the presence of eggs in the custard, many people do not like to eat food made from a mixture of these. However, custard can be made without eggs.

Which will now easily force you to dip in the taste of fruit custard. If you want to make custard without eggs, you have to add corn starch instead of eggs. The concentration of custard can be reduced or increased by adding sugar and corn starch to the milk as required.

The liquid milk has to be heated by shaking it on a very low flame. After a while, add the same amount of sugar. Then shake well with corn starch to make the sauce. You have to be very careful so that it does not stick to the bottom.

Once the custard is ready, let's make a delicious fruit custard. Any fruit of your choice can be given in the fruit custard. However, it is better not to give fruits that are extra sour. Fruit custard usually consists of banana, papaya, mango, orange, grape, pomegranate and strawberry.

Fruit Custard Making: In a large pot, take the pre-made custard on low heat and add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence. Shake well and mix. - Hair ignition should be kept very low. - It has to be thickened and actually taken off the flame.

- Cool outside a little and then put it in the fridge to cool.

- At this stage, the fruit of your choice should be cut into small cubes.

However, there are no hard and fast rules for cutting fruits. You have to cut it in the shape of your choice.

- Now in a small bowl or glass, first give one teaspoon of custard.

Then sprinkle the cut fruit on top. In this way you have to do a few layers like yourself.

In the above step, you can also decorate with ice cream or yoghurt of your choice.

- Freeze for about two hours.

Then have fun fruit custard ready to serve. Custard can be made in this way and stored in the fridge for 7 days.
