School student dies after getting electrocuted in Satkania

Ramzan Ali Satkania (Chittagong) Correspondent: A schoolboy died after getting electrocuted while playing badminton in Satkania. The incident took place in Ward No. 5 of Uttar Kaliyaish Union of Satkania Upazila around 9:30 pm on Saturday.

The deceased was identified as Mohammad Sajjad Jisan, 18, a ninth class student of North Satkania Ali Ahmed Pranhari High School. Jisan is the son of the late Mansur Ali of Abdul Bari Saudagar's house in North Kaliaish. Jisan is a ninth class student of North Satkania Ali Ahmed Pranhari High School.

According to local sources, he goes to play badminton next to the house. He went to the electricity connection to turn on the lights on the badminton court. Then Jisan was electrocuted. After the incident, Jisan was rescued and taken to a local private clinic. The doctor on duty declared him dead there.
