News Desk: There has been a stir in the Gaini ward of Jessore General Hospital when a pregnant woman went to remove a dead baby from her womb and lost her head. The relatives of the patient complained that the nanny of the hospital was trying to get the baby out. Hospital authorities say the baby rotted. However, action will be taken against the accused Ayyar.

According to the relatives of the patient, a pregnant woman named Anna was brought to the hospital on Saturday morning. Ultrasonogram is done on the advice of the doctor. The doctor then informed that the baby had died in the womb. The baby is given medicine to get it out through normal delivery. Then the doctor left. Aya Momena took the patient Anna to the liver ward when the legs of the unborn child came out at around 7.30 pm.

The body comes out when the baby's legs are pulled. But it stays from the head. Upon receiving the news, the doctors came and advised to remove the newborn in a normal manner. The RMO of the hospital said that the 5-month-old baby died in the womb. When he went to take out the dead child, part of it remained in his stomach. However, steps have been taken to get it out with medicine. However, he said action would be taken against the nanny for doing the job.
