A young woman has been accused of raping a 10-year-old child in Bhola's Char Fashion

News Desk: A 22-year-old speech and intellectually challenged girl has filed a case against a 10-year-old boy in Char Fashion, Bhola, alleging that he was raped. The child's father and elder brother have been accused of collaborating in the rape.

The child's family claimed that the local land grabbers were conspiring to evict them from their homes. Locals say the minor boy has been implicated in a land dispute. However, the police superintendent assured all possible help to the family till the allegation made in the court is proved in the investigation. Naeem, the 10-year-old son of Abdul Ali, a fisherman from Char Nurul Amin village in Char Fashion, is a student of a Nurani Madrasa next to his house. A 22-year-old girl with a speech and intellectual disability has filed a case against the child in the Bhola Women and Child Abuse Suppression Court.

In the statement of case, the age of the accused child has been mentioned as 25 years. The court has directed the police to investigate the allegations. The child's parents allege that land robber Tashir Ahmed has filed a false case against his disabled housemaid who suddenly became pregnant. The father of the accused child said, “My eldest son, youngest son and I have been accused. The mother of the child said, "I have filed a case against my child for hostility. I want justice for this." Neighbors also said that the minor boy was involved in the case over the land dispute. The plaintiff is pregnant and will submit an investigation report after DNA test after delivery, said Bhola Superintendent of Police Sarkar Mohammad Kaiser.

But before that, the police will ensure that the child's family is not harmed. A case is pending in the civil court with Tashir Ahmed for 22 percent of the land of the accused.
