Distribution of sewing machines among the distressed women trained in Gauranadi

Gournadi Correspondent: Sewing machines have been distributed among 25 destitute women trained in the sewing training center at Gournadi in Barisal with the funding of the National Zakat Board.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Bipin Chandra Biswas was the chief guest at the discussion meeting on Wednesday morning at the Mission Auditorium organized by Islamic Mission Foundation under the chairmanship of Senior Medical Officer and Head of Mission Dr. Md. Abdul Mannan. Program Officer Ashraful Islam, Pharmacist SM Bashir Ahmed spoke. At the end, sewing machines were distributed among 25 trained poor women.
