Bashundhara Group provides relief gift for jobless workers

News Desk: Bashundhara Food and Beverage Industries Limited (BFBIL) and Bashundhara Multi Food Products Limited (BMF) provided special relief assistance to day-labourers and workers worst affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Under the initiative and directive of Bashundhara Group Vice Chairman Shafiat Sobhan Sanvir, Bashundhara Food and Beverage Industries Limited (BFBIL) and Bashundhara Multi Food Products Limited (BMF) distributed special relief gift to alleviate the sufferings of the jobless workers across the country.

Coronavirus has been ravaging the entire world for more than one and a half years. Bashundhara Group, the largest industrial conglomerate of the country, is working tirelessly alongside the government to tackle the challenge of the pandemic apart from the country’s welfare.

 

BFBIL and BMF reached out to the vulnerable workers at Barishal Sadar, Khulna Sadar, Jhikorgacha of Jashore and Ullapara of Sirajganj.

Relief gifts are being given to 8,000 families of the corona-hit workers and day-labourers spread across the country.

Earlier, relief items were given to the labourers in Moulvibazar and Savar of Dhaka, Bhairab Bazar in Kishoreganj, Mymensingh Sadar and Puran Bazar of Chandpur.

Under the supervision of Redwanur Rahman, Head of Sales (Bulk) of Bashundhara Food and Beverage Industries Ltd and Bashundhara Multi Food Products Ltd, gift items are distributed to support these warriors and their families spread across the country along with business partners (traders).

Initially, a total of 8,000 working families in eight divisions of the country are getting this gift assistance. This trend of cooperation will continue in the days to come.
