At this time, he advised not to panic saying that adequate measures have been taken for treatment. He said, "After 2018, there was no measles vaccination campaign for 8 years."
He said, 'Dhaka, Rajshahi and Manikganj ventilator system has been increased. In addition to arranging ventilators in various hospitals, doctors and nurses are ready.'
Health Minister Sardar Md. Sakhawat Hossain said, "A committee of 5 members has been formed to plan what kind of cooperation the United States can provide to Bangladesh in the development of the country's health sector." The United States will work on the development of the health sector by finalizing the plan by next May.'
