News Desk: A RAB member was killed in a truck accident while trying to seize cannabis in Mymensingh's Bhaluka upazila. The accident took place on the Dhaka-Mymensingh highway on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as Idris Mollah, son of Iman Mollah of Kellai village in Manikganj. His police member A / 506. He was transferred to RAB two years ago. Idris Ali Mollah fell on the road and was killed on the spot when the truck driver hit the motorcycle. Varadoba Highway Outpost Police IC Taimur Ali said the truck carrying the cannabis reached in front of the Coca-Cola Company in Bhaluka Seedstore area when a RAB member barricaded it with a motorcycle and the truck driver pushed the motorcycle. Idris Ali Mollah fell and was killed on the spot. The body of the deceased has been sent to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy. The deadly truck has been seized. However, the truck driver escaped. The motorcycle involved in the accident has been recovered.
