Distribution of sewing machines among 100 families in Harirampur

Manikganj Correspondent: On the occasion of the golden jubilee of independence in Harirampur of Manikganj, 100 sewing machines have been distributed to bring economic prosperity by changing the lives of 100 families affected by the floods. Manikganj-2 MP Mamtaz Begum distributed sewing machines in the post bungalow of the upazila on Monday (December 18) at noon under the chairmanship of Rotarian Sabir Akhand organized by Rotary International Dhaka Midtown.

Also present as special guests were Manikganj District Council Chairman and District Awami League President Bir Muktijoddha Advocate Golam Mohiuddin, RI District 3261 District Governor of Bangladesh Rotarian Rubait Hossain, Rotary Club of Dhaka Midtown Rotarian Farhan Zaman. Also present were Upazila Vice-Chairman Azim Khan, Officer-in-Charge. Mueed Chowdhury, Upazila Awami League President Golzar Hossain Bachchu, General Secretary Dewan Abdur Rob, Joint General Secretary Mohidur Rahman Mohid and others.
