News Desk: Sadika Tasnim Mridu used to work in a private company. As well as preparing himself for government jobs. The office is closed during Corona, there is no search for exams. So leave Dhaka and go back to your home in Panchagarh. Uninterrupted leisure. What can be done? Hobby of drawing since childhood. Color-pencil drawing.

Drawing flowers and birds designs on cloth weaving with a lot of imagination. That is where the commercial success came from. In the last six months, his own designed sari and Punjabi have sold for around 10 lakh taka. Sadika Tasneem said, ‘I used to draw from a young age. As he grew up, he wanted to work with this hobby. After graduating from the history department of Jagannath University, I started studying for a job in the family. But I could not pass the BCS and broke down. I decided that what I really needed to do was learn how to do it right. I will do something on my own initiative.

My love affair started with hand painting. It occurred to me to open an online boutique shop called Pancharang. First start with five thousand rupees. From the clothes he bought with that money, everything was sold on the first day of making clothes. Increases my self-confidence. Now I am working with sari, punjabi, salwar-kameez, shawl, children's clothing. I am working with domestic products. Especially khadi cloth. Everyone liked my hand paint and ambush work. I wanted to make the ambush work a little different. Currently, there is less diversity in ambush work.

So you are showing a lot of interest in a slightly different style of clothing. ' Sadika Tasneem said, ‘Many people like the sari designed with hyacinth flower motifs after bringing it in front of the first buyers. I have done hand paint and ambush on the sari. From June 20 to December, 251 sari have been sold. Matching Punjabi with sarees has also sold for 500 hours. In all, more than 10 lakh rupees has been earned from here. And after getting this sari and Punjabi in hand, many people said that sari and Punjabi is more beautiful than the picture. So far, several people have bought his products outside the country. One of them has bought clothes worth  30,000 Taka. ' As sales increase, so do employment opportunities in Pancharang.

At first Sadika Tasnim did everything alone but now there are 16 enterprising women working in her organization. Sadika Tasneem said, ‘Initially, the amount of online sales was very low. But now I get a huge response online. At present, my products have reached all the districts except three or four districts across the country. Those who buy once show interest in buying again, as well as encourage new buyers to buy. After receiving a product, when the buyer shares on the Facebook page and says that our sari-Punjabi has caught everyone's attention, it feels really good. This joy is indescribable.

' However, Sadika Tasnim did not get the support of the family at the beginning. Many people did not like the business of clothing as a girl. But now get a lot of support. Facebook's Wii and DSB have paved the way for him to become an entrepreneur. "I learned a lot from here," he said. A lot is easily known here. ' Sadika Tasneem said, ‘The first problem we face on the way to becoming an entrepreneur is the raw material and financial problems of good products.

Besides, I think the first thing you need to be an entrepreneur is indomitable willpower. Many obstacles can be easily overcome if there is willpower. What I would say for new entrepreneurs is not to worry about making quick profits. To be a successful entrepreneur, you must keep trying. Adequate knowledge of the subject you want to be an entrepreneur. And there must be business honesty. Then success will be easy to grasp. '
