In Pabna, 2 were injured in the attack of the opponent due to the previous dispute

Tofazzal Hossain Babu, Pabna: Businessman Rabiul Islam Roni (32) and his elder brother Abdur Rashid Bulbul (42) were injured in an attack by opponents due to a previous dispute at Chatmohar in Pabna. They were injured in separate attacks last Thursday (August 18) around 7:30 pm and 8 pm. Injured two brothers of Amritkunda Railbazar village of Mulgram Union of Upazila Dr. Son of Golam Rahman. Among them, Roni is the owner of G Rahman Enterprises in Paur Sadar and the owner of Bulbul Prime Diagnostic Center. After this incident, two written complaints were given to the police station on Friday afternoon. According to the written complaint, on the evening of the incident, Rabiul Islam Roni was sitting and drinking tea at a tea stall in Sumon in Mathurapur area. At that time, due to a previous dispute, at least 15 youths came on some motorcycles led by Nur Alam Chotan of Amritkunda Railway Bazar area and started abusing Rabiul Islam Roni in unspeakable language. When Roni protested, Choton and his army started beating him with a stick and throwing him on the ground. Later, when the surrounding people came forward on his screams, the assailants fled after threatening to kill them. On receiving the information, the police went to the spot with the help of locals and rescued the injured and admitted them to Chatmohar Upazila Health Complex. There his condition deteriorated but he was shifted to Pabna General Hospital. Meanwhile, while returning home after sending Roni to Pabna, SM Alam Bablu and his son-in-law Furkan Ali Biswas started taunting and provoking towards Roni's elder brother Abdur Rashid Bulbul on the road in front of their house in Railbazar area. Bablu and his son-in-law Furkan beat Bulbul with a stick when he protested their talk. Later, the people around came and rescued him and sent him to the hospital. He received first aid there. Two written complaints have been filed at Chatmohar Police Station on Friday afternoon in connection with these two separate attacks. In this regard, Chatmohar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Jalal Uddin said, I have received a written complaint. Legal action will be taken subject to investigation. If the allegations are true, whoever is guilty will not be spared.
