Colorful procession on the occasion of 5248th Janmashtami of Lord Krishna at Phatikchari

Mohammad Zipon Uddin, Chittagong: The 5248th Janmashtami of Shri Krishna, a religious festival of Sanatan Dharmalamambis, was celebrated in Chittagong Phatikchari with due dignity and religious solemnity. On the occasion of Janmashtami, the Happy Janmashtami-2022 Mangal Shobhayatra Rally organized by Bangladesh Janmashtami Celebration Parishad Fatikchari Upazila Branch from Fatikchari Government College ground at 10 am on Friday (August 19) will circumambulate various important roads and service open temples of Bibirhat Bazar and then end at the college premises. Janmashtami Celebration Parishad Fatikchari Branch President Master Ashish Chakraborty was present as the chief guest, former Chairman of Fatikchari Upazila Parishad and Uttar District Awami League Vice President ATM Payrul Islam. Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sabbir Rahman Sunny was the initiator of the event. Upazila Parishad Vice Chairman Ed. Salamat Ullah Chowdhury Shaheen, Upazila Awami League General Secretary Nazimuddin Muhuri, Fatikchari Municipality Mayor Ismail were special guests. Hussain, Ed. Uttam Kumar Mahajan, Ed.
