The young man committed suicide because he did not accept his wife

Mostafizur Rahman, Lalmonirhat: A young man named Achint Kumar (28) committed suicide in Kaliganj upazila of Lalmonirhat for not accepting his wife. Locals and police recovered his body from his house at Mandirpara village in Dalgram union of the upazila on June 24. The deceased was identified as Achint Kumar, 28, son of Shankar Chandra Roy of Mandirpara area under Dalgram union of the upazila. According to police and local sources, Saiful Islam married a girl in Sialkhowa area of ​​Goral Union through a man named Lal. For about 3 months, Achint Kumar tried to persuade the family. But his family did not accept the marriage. Go to bed at night after arguing with parents on Thursday night. Later in the morning, when he was found hanging in his own room, the locals rushed to the spot and rescued Achint Kumar's body. Meanwhile, his hanging body was recovered on Friday morning, but his family tried to cover up Achint's suicide. Ghatak Saiful Islam also gave the status that Lal Achint died of heart disease on his Facebook wall to suppress the issue of suicide. Officer-in-charge of Kaliganj Police Station Golam Rasool said, "I came to know about the matter at noon." Later I came to know through the local chairman that Achint Kumar's body was buried by his family. He also said that the police was not sent as there was no complaint from the family.
