Due to heavy rains this morning, the water level has risen again. Roumari Upazila Nirbahi Officer Ashraful Alam Russell said that initially, dry food was delivered to 600 families. Our work will continue until the situation improves. Incidentally, a sudden flood has occurred at Roumari in Kurigram on a hill slope coming down from the Indian state of Assam. As a result, 51,000 people from 49 villages are being flooded. 592 hectares of crops and 57 kilometers of unpaved roads have been submerged. 36 primary schools are closed due to rising water.
