Distribution of land acquisition checks in Chilmari

Kurigram Correspondent: Compensation checks have been distributed among the people affected by land acquisition in Chilmari of Kurigram. Additional Deputy Commissioner Zilufa Sultana distributed checks among the victims at the Upazila Parid meeting room organized by the district administration at 11 am on Tuesday.

Also present were Upazila Parishad Chairman Shawkat Ali Sarkar Birbikram, Upazila Nirbahi Officer AWM Raihan Shah, Land Acquisition Officer Mahmudul Hasan, Assistant Commissioner and Executive Magistrate Wazed Wasik, Sunanda Sarkar Proma, Redyan Islam, Ramel DO, LGED Prokoni, Upazila Engineer Rafiqul Islam, etc. A total of 3 crores 20 lakh 13 thousand 69 checks were given to 46 people at that time. After distributing the checks, Additional Deputy Commissioner Zilufa Sultana sought the cooperation of all for the implementation of the project.
