Martyred Intellectuals Day is celebrated in Jhenaidah

Jhenaidah Correspondent: Martyred Intellectuals Day-2020 has been celebrated in Jhenaidah on December 14. On this occasion, a wreath was laid at the Martyred Intellectuals Memorial on Monday morning at the initiative of the district administration. Later a discussion meeting was held in the conference room of the district council. Deputy Commissioner Saroj Kumar Nath presided over the function.

Besides, Oshheed Intellectuals Day-2020 is celebrated in Harinakundu Upazila. Chairman of the Upazila Parishad Md. Jahangir Hossain addressed the function as the chief guest. President Saifuzzaman Taju, Joint Convener of Swechchhasebak League Rafedul Haque Sumon spoke.
