News Desk: A young woman has beaten a man for allegedly teasing her while sitting next to her in an autorickshaw. The video of the incident in Barisal has gone viral on social media.

The incident took place on Nathullabad Sadar Road in the city on Sunday afternoon. The young woman posted a video with the details of the whole incident on her Facebook ID.

The young woman said in the post that she was going to Bibirpukur bank in an auto from Nathullabad in Barisal city on Sunday. A middle-aged man came and sat next to him in the car. The more the young woman moved away from him to keep her distance, the more the man attacked her. At one stage, he started harassing her with his hands.

He claimed that he started videotaping the matter on his mobile phone.

As seen in the video, a total of three passengers including the girl and the accused were sitting in the back seat of the autorickshaw. The young woman was in the seat on the right. The right hand elbow of the person sitting next to him was on the thigh of the young woman. However, it is not clear in the video whether he intentionally kept the hand that way or went away naturally.

After coming to the main road of the city, the young woman attacked the man. He got out of the car and started beating and abusing her. At one point he grabbed his leg and asked for forgiveness. The person touches his feet and apologizes.
