Bangladesh Patient Welfare Society Committee formation in Faridpur

Ehsan Rana, Faridpur: A 26-member district committee of Bangladesh Patient Welfare Society has been formed in Faridpur. Afzal Hossain was elected president and Master Tofajzel Hossain as general secretary for the next 3 years. On Friday morning, the auspicious inauguration and discussion meeting of this committee was held in the conference room of the local Alipore Green Hospital. Md. Afzal Hossain, president of Faridpur district branch of the organization presided over the inauguration and discussion meeting. Wahiduzzaman, Managing Director of Green Hospital, spoke as the chief guest under Mujibur Rahman master, while Abul Kawsar Hawladar, Secretary General of Bangladesh Patient Welfare Society, was present as a special guest. Organizing Secretary Abdul Mannan Talukdar, Advisor Dr. Rafiqul Islam, prominent drug dealer Kamrul Islam Chowdhury, Professor Muhammad Shahadat Hossain, Nazneen Alam spoke among others. Speakers on the occasion discussed various aspects of Patient Welfare Society. Speakers said in the event, to provide medical services to the poor, helpless and poor. Providing services to those patients who do not have money and medical supplies.
