Detained during a protest in Narail against the Prophet (peace be upon him)

Sohail Rana, Narail: The Prophet (peace be upon him) attacked the rally and protest program in protest of the two top BJP leaders in India. Three people, including two police officers, were injured. The clash took place at Mahajan Bazar area of ​​Naragati police station in Kalia upazila on Monday (June 13) evening. Police have arrested one person in this incident. However, it is learned that the police operation is continuing. According to local and police sources, students, teachers, clerics and general public of local madrasas staged a protest procession from Mahajan Bazar of the upazila around 6am on Monday. The protesters called on the government to formally protest the remarks made by Nupur Sharma and Naveen Kumar Jandal of India against Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH). The protest march was stopped when the police wanted to protest on the south side of the Harisava temple at the end of various roads in the Mahajan Bazar area. According to a local source, the angry mob attacked a police officer who spoke provocatively. Another source said that the agitated crowd clashed with the police when they were stopped for fear of attacking the house of an influential local Hindu gentleman near the road. At one stage of the clash, SI Khairul Islam's right arm was broken due to the beating of the angry mob. The injured have been admitted to Kalia Upazila Health Complex in critical condition. Police arrested Touhidul Islam, 26, son of Abul Basar of Chanderchar village under Naragati police station in Kalia upazila. Naragati Police Station OC Sukant Kumar Saha said, “A group of unruly mobs attacked our police without provocation. Three policemen were injured in the attack. Preparations are underway to file a case against the police for obstructing government work.
