They picked up the woman in the identity of Faridpur police!

News Desk: Police have arrested three people in several incidents of snatching identity in Bhanga and surrounding areas of Faridpur. Police recovered a police-written motorcycle, handcuffs, walkie-talkies, and jackets along with 12 gold sets and a mobile phone from them.

Additional Superintendent of Police Jamal Pasha said this at a press briefing in the conference room of Faridpur district police on Sunday (March 14).

He said that on March 2, in the middle of Bhanga-Pukuria road, they stopped the auto bike and chased away the driver by abusing the police. When the woman lodged a complaint at the police station, the police found several more incidents. Police arrested Shakil Ahmed Rubel on March 12. According to his confession during interrogation, on March 13, two members of the gang, including Sanjay Haldar, were arrested from Rajoir in Madaripur.

Police also said that they have committed more than six such incidents in different places this month. Besides, there are three snatching cases in the name of accused Shakil Ahmed Rubel in different police stations, said Additional Superintendent of Police.
