Kushtia Correspondent: Police have recovered the naked body of a 23-year-old woman at Bheramara in Kushtia. The body of the unidentified woman was recovered from Chandipur GK Canal in Chandgram Union of the upazila on Wednesday (February 18) morning. The matter has been confirmed by Bheramara Police Station (OC) Shahjalal.

The OC said the locals informed the police after seeing the naked body of the unidentified woman floating under the Chandipur GK canal in Chandgram union of the upazila. Police later recovered the body from the spot and sent it to Kushtia Sadar Hospital morgue. However, the cause of the murder is not yet known. The real cause of death will be known only after the autopsy of the body is completed.
