10 killed in Jhenaidah bus-truck collision

News Desk: 10 people have been killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck in Jhenaidah. Many more were injured in the incident. They were rushed to a nearby hospital.

The accident took place at Barbazar in Kaliganj upazila around 3:30 pm on Wednesday (February 8). Kaliganj Fire Station Officer Mamunur Rashid confirmed the information.

The death toll is expected to rise further. Initially, the names of the victims were not known.
