In Bogra, a young man was electrocuted while listening to music with a phone charge

News Desk: A young man named Rakib Ahmed (22) died of electrocution in Thanthania area of ​​Bogra city. The incident took place at his home around 8.30 pm on Saturday (December 26).

Rakib Bogra Sadar Colony area Chittagong Nur Hotel and Restaurant owner Dr. Shahanur's youngest son and a college student in Dhaka.

According to family sources, Rakib was in his room after the evening. When he went to call her at around 8.30 pm, the family members were scared as they did not get any response. Later they broke down the door and saw that Rakib was electrified. Family members rescued him and took him to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College (Shajimek) Hospital. The doctor on duty there declared him dead.

Rabbi's elder brother Rabbi said that Rakib was listening to music in the room with earphones in his ears and his mobile phone was charged. When the door was broken without getting any response, he was electrocuted and was rushed to the hospital. But the doctor said Rakib was dead. Later his body was brought home.

Rafiqul Islam, in-charge inspector of police at Chilimpur Medical Outpost, was contacted but his statement could not be obtained.

It is learned that Rakib's father Shahanur is staying outside Bogra due to medical reasons.
