Prayer ceremony for the soul of journalist Mominul

Dinajpur Correspondent: Former staff reporter from Dinajpur, member of Dinajpur Press Club and former assistant registrar of social science department of Haji Danesh University of Science and Technology, Mominul Islam, a prayer ceremony was held at Bad Asr Press Club auditorium today on Saturday. He breathed his last on Sunday, July 31, due to complications related to head tumor surgery. A doar mahfil was held at Bad Asr Press Club auditorium today on Saturday, organized by the press club to pray for his soul's repose. Before the prayer, club president Swaroop Bakshi Bachchu, general secretary Subrata Majumder Dolar, Sahaj president Shah Alam Shahi, associate general secretary Ratan Singh and former president Chitta Ghosh gave speeches along with Smriti Charan. Maulana Altaf Hossain conducted the prayer ceremony.
