The young man went missing before getting married in Moulvibazar

He went to Al Arafah Islami Bank on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway in Moulvibazar to withdraw money sent to him by a relative from the United States for marriage. Shibbir Ahmed, the elder brother of the missing Rajan and a member of Ward 4 of Konakpur UP, said Rajan had withdrawn money from the bank around 12 noon on Monday (March 15). His phone was found switched off immediately after being informed.

A general diary was kept at Moulvibazar Model Police Station on behalf of the family at night. Al-Arafah Islami Bank Moulvibazar branch principal officer Muhibur Rahman said, "It is true that money has been withdrawn from our bank, but I do not know what happened outside after leaving the bank." Later I came to know about the incident from his relatives. According to family sources, Rajan's wedding day was scheduled for March 21.

Preparations begin to bring the future bride home. He went to Al Arafah Bank last Monday to withdraw money sent by relatives. After receiving Tk 50,000 from there, he confirmed the matter to his brother. Since then his phone has been found turned off.

He has not been found yet. Moulvibazar Sadar Circle Additional Superintendent of Police Ziaur Rahman Zia said, "We are investigating the matter very seriously." Hope to get him soon. Moulvibazar Model Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Yasinul Haque said, "We are investigating the matter, but it has not been found yet."
