News Desk: Saying goodbye to winter, the temperature has started to rise continuously. The highest temperature recorded in the country on Sunday was in Sitakunda (31 degrees Celsius). Even on Monday (February 15) day and night temperatures may rise slightly.
The Meteorological Department has forecast further rise in temperature for the next three days. The forecast for the next 24 hours at 9 a.m. on Monday further said that the weather across the country could remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy skies.
Light to moderate fog is expected in river basins across the country from late night to early morning. Most of the western light pressure is located in Bihar and adjoining areas.
The normal light pressure of the season is located in the South Bay. The lowest temperature recorded in the country today was 11.4 degrees Celsius in Srimangal and 18.3 degrees Celsius in Dhaka.
