The army chief was vaccinated against coronavirus

News Desk: Army Chief General Aziz Ahmed was vaccinated against coronavirus at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Dhaka. After taking the vaccine, he urged everyone to get vaccinated against coronavirus without listening to any rumors.

He also thanked the Prime Minister for arranging for the corona vaccination for the general public and members of the army. This information was given in a press release of the Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate on Sunday (February 14).

The statement further said that under the nationwide coronavirus vaccination program started from February 8, vaccination activities were started in all the combined military hospitals of the country on the instructions of the Chief of Army Staff.

In the first phase of the immunization drive, a total of 16,269 working and retired military personnel and other civilians, including their families, were vaccinated at a total of 28 immunization centers till yesterday (February 13).
