Cold tea helps reduce body weight

News Desk: Almost everyone likes to drink cold tea, cold coffee. Many people even drink this type of drink without sugar to lose weight. But when the hot tea cools down, there is probably no question of drinking it. What many may not know, however, is that drinking hot tea to cool down helps you lose weight and is much more effective than other cold coffee or tea.

That's according to a study by a South American university. They conducted the study on 23 young students at the University of Freiburg, Switzerland. How to lose weight fast, this was the main topic of this study. During the study, they were given hot tea every day, but one day they were allowed to drink tea at a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius. One hour earlier, their blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels and fat oxidation levels were measured. On other days they were given tea at a temperature of 55 degrees Celsius. The data obtained at 90 minutes after drinking the tea were compared with the data obtained before drinking the tea.

Differences in the data obtained were examined under the supervision of the University's Integrative Cardiovascular and Metabolic Physiology Lab. The data from the study showed that drinking hot tea instead of hot tea has doubled the energy consumption of the body.

The researchers also found that cold tea helps reduce body fat. At the same time it reduces the metabolic pressure on the heart. However, it is still unknown whether all types of tea work in the same way.

More time and research is needed to know the details. It remains to be seen whether there are any other benefits besides helping to lose weight.
