At present, the number of infected people in the world has already exceeded 6 crore. The death toll from the epidemic has so far exceeded 17 lakh 81 thousand in the world.

India, which is the second most affected and the third deadliest country in the world, has so far infected 12,825 people and killed 1,46,940.

In the Latin American country of Brazil, which is the third most affected and the second deadliest country in the world, 84,74,275 people have been infected with corona so far. One lakh 91 thousand 146 people have died.

Russia, which is in the fourth position, has 3 million 50 thousand 246 people infected with corona. Of these, 54,006 people have died.

In France, which is in the fifth place, 25 lakh 59 thousand 8 people have been infected with corona so far. Of these, 72,748 people died.

Coronavirus transmission began in late December last year in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. So far, Covid-19 has spread to 217 countries and regions of the world including Bangladesh.
