Even pregnant women infected with the corona can stay in the prone position for the first five months of pregnancy without any problems. Proning can be done in six steps; It is worth noting here that you must stay awake the whole time during pronation. Proning after eating is a little difficult.

Step-1: Face facing the bed, with one or two pillows under the abdomen and one pillow from below the knees to the soles of the feet and stand for 30 minutes with the right hand in front and the left hand behind and below.

Step-2: Then turn to the right with a towel under the head, with the left hand in front and the right hand behind and below, with one or two pillows under the abdomen as before and again with a pillow from below the knees to the soles of the feet.

Step-3: Now turn to the left with a towel under the head, right hand in front and left hand behind and down, as before with one or two pillows under the abdomen and from below the knees to the soles of the feet with a pillow for another 30 minutes.

Step-4: Now press a pillow under the head and a pillow at the folds of the two legs and a pillow on the abdomen and tilt to the right and stand for 30 minutes.

Step-5: Everything is the same as step-4, don't just tilt to the right, tilt to the left and stay for another 30 minutes.

Step-6: Finally sit or rest with a pillow pressure on the abdomen.
