Coronavirus: 32 deaths in the last 24 hours in the country, identified 2202

News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 32 people have died of coronavirus in the country. Six thousand 908 people have died so far. At the same time, a total of 16,074 samples were tested using antigen and RT-PCR methods and another 2,202 people were identified as infected with corona. Considering the test, the detection rate is 12.69 percent. With this, the number of identified patients increased to four lakh 61 thousand 945 people. This information has been given in the press release given by the health department on Tuesday afternoon.

Of the 32 people killed in the last 24 hours, 25 were men and seven were women. In age-based analysis, one of them is between 21-30 years of age, three are between 41-50 years of age, six are between 51-60 years of age and 22 are over sixty years of age. Two thousand 571 more people have recovered in 24 hours. So far four lakh one thousand 194 people have recovered. In all, 26 lakh 94 thousand 622 samples have been tested so far. The notification further said that considering the total number of tests in the country, the detection rate is 16.75 percent. The overall recovery rate is 63.24 percent and the death rate is 1.43 percent.

According to the government's Institute of Pathology, Disease Control and Research (IEDCR), the first case of coronavirus was identified in the country on March 8. On March 17, the first death was reported.
