1696 students absent in Bengali exam in Dinajpur board

Salah Uddin Ahmed, Dinajpur: 1 thousand 696 regular examinees were absent from the first day of SSC in Dinajpur Education Board. Students did not participate in the examination. Also, 470 more students were missing among the 2020 exam candidates due to various reasons including quality improvement. Dinajpur Education Board Examination Controller Professor Tofazzur Rahman said that 1,696 students did not take part in the Bengali First Paper exam today. But he could not tell the reason for absence. He also said that SSC examination is usually held in February every year. But due to Corona, the 2022 exam was postponed from June 19. Due to the deterioration of the flood situation in other parts of the country including Sylhet, another step back has finally started today from September 15.
