This official of the Ministry of Education told the media, 'No copy of the court order has come yet. And in this situation there is no opportunity to appeal. Because the High Court is closed. Earlier, the Education Minister had said on Monday (April 29) that an appeal would be filed against the court's order. While speaking at an event in Agargaon in the capital, he said, 'Why do you have to bring the court's instructions on the Ministry of Education in everything? Constitutionally, it is recommended to fulfill one's duty.'

The High Court bench consisting of Justice KM Kamrul Quader and Justice Khizir Hayat gave this order on Monday. In the order, the court said that the classes in the educational institutions which have air conditioning (AC) in the classrooms will continue as usual.
