Mejba Rahman, Bashemurbi Prabi representative: The meaning of service has come to change in Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman University of Science and Technology (Bashemurbiprabi) Medical Center of Gopalganj. Students are getting regular doctor's services with advanced treatment.
The medical center has been developed to provide emergency medical services and emergency ambulance services to university students. As a result, students and officers of the university can easily get any kind of first aid and medical services.
On the surface, it can be seen that the only medical center located in the administrative building of the university is getting better services than before. On the one hand, the service quality of the university's medical center has increased, on the other hand, ordinary students can easily receive any type of first aid. Also, 24-hour university ambulance service is available to the students.
When asked about the service quality of the University Medical Center, Saimun Hasan Rabbi, a fourth year student of the Department of Statistics, said that after Corona, I did not get the service I expected from the University Medical Center. However, nowadays there are always doctors in the medical center. Moreover, the suffering of ordinary students in getting emergency medical services has reduced to a great extent.
In this regard, Bashemurbiprobi Medical Center doctor Rokaia Alam (JC) Bashemurbiprobi told the journalist forum that currently there are two regular doctors and one contractual doctor. There are also senior nurses. At present, an average of 150 to 200 students use the university's medical center for medical treatment every day. At this time, he also said that currently there is sufficient medicine in the medical center of the university. However, he confirmed that more urgent medical services will be added soon.
In this regard, it is known from the sources of Bashemurbi Prabi Vice Chancellor's office that the appointment of a few more doctors will be completed soon. In addition, in the future, if the university space is acquired, a large-scale medical center and lab will be established.
