News desk: After Hajj, 3 thousand 269 pilgrims returned to the country in one day. With this, 47 thousand 910 pilgrims have returned home from Saudi Arabia till Tuesday (August 2).
The IT Helpdesk of the Ministry of Religious Affairs reported this information in the Hajj Bulletin on Wednesday (August 3). As of last Monday, 44,641 pilgrims had returned to the country.
The return flight started after Hajj on July 14. Hajira has returned to the country in a total of 133 flights so far. Among them, there are 72 flights operated by Biman Bangladesh Airlines, 54 operated by Saudia Airlines and 7 operated by Flynas Airlines.
A total of 25 Bangladeshi pilgrims have died in Saudi Arabia.
Hajj was held in Saudi Arabia on July 8. 60 thousand 146 pilgrims (including management members) went from Bangladesh to Saudi Arabia in 165 flights from June 5 to July 5.
