50,000 pilgrims have arrived in Saudi Arabia for Hajj

News Desk: The holy Hajj will be celebrated from July 7. 56,575 devotees from Bangladesh are getting the opportunity to go to Saudi to take part in Hajj. So far, more than 50,000 passengers have reached Saudi Arabia from Bangladesh, authorities said. According to a bulletin on Saturday, 50,217 passengers arrived in Saudi Arabia by 2pm on Friday (July 1). 3,365 pilgrims have gone for Hajj under government management. Under private management, 46,833 devotees have gone for Hajj. On June 5, the first Hajj flight from Bangladesh left for Saudi Arabia. Until July 3, worshipers will have the opportunity to go to Saudi Arabia for Hajj. According to the concerned authorities, 139 Hajj flights have left Bangladesh so far with the worshipers. Of these, 6 flights operated by Biman Bangladesh Airlines, 53 flights by Saudi Airlines and 9 flights by Flynas have departed. The return flight after the Hajj will start from July 14. Authorities said the pilgrims could return to Bangladesh by August 4.
