He further said, ‘Most parts of Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions will be closed in the next 24 hours from 8 am on Thursday; There may be light to moderate rain or thundershowers with temporary gusts in many parts of Dhaka, Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and some parts of Rajshahi division. At the same time, there may be moderate to heavy rains in some parts of the country. '

The meteorologist also said that day and night temperatures across the country may remain almost unchanged at this time.

The highest temperature in the country on Wednesday was 34.3 degrees Celsius in Rajshahi.
