In Chittagong, 11 more people died in one day in Corona, 338 identified

News Desk: 11 more people have died in Chittagong in the last 24 hours due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll in the district stood at one thousand 150 people.

At the same time, 336 new patients have been identified. With this, the total number of identified patients in the district increased to 95,754.

The information came from a report released by the Chittagong Civil Surgeon's Office on Tuesday (August 18).

Dr. Civil Surgeon. Rabbi Sheikh Fazle said that in the last 24 hours, corona germs were detected in the bodies of 338 people in the samples of 216 people in different labs of Chittagong. 228 of them are from metropolis and 112 from upazila.

He added that in the last 24 hours, coronary infections were detected in 16 people in Chittagong University Lab, 100 people in Fauzdarhat BITID Lab, 36 people in Chittagong Medical College Lab, 56 people in Chittagong Veterinary University Lab, 22 people in Imperial Hospital Lab and 19 people in Chevron Hospital Lab.

At the same time, six people in Chittagong Maternal and Child Hospital Lab, six in General Hospital RTRL Lab, 20 in Medical Center Hospital Lab, 25 in Epic Health Care Lab, 24 in antigen test and two in Cox's Bazar Medical College Lab were diagnosed with corona.
