News Desk: In the last 24 hours, 153 more patients have been admitted to different hospitals of the country due to dengue, which is the highest in a single day in the country this year. Earlier on Tuesday (July 26), 143 dengue patients were admitted to the hospital.

This information was given in the regular dengue report of the Health Emergency Operations Center and Control Room of the Health Department on Wednesday (July 26) afternoon.

It has been said that 153 new patients have been admitted to various government and private hospitals in the country. Of these, 150 are in Dhaka. And 3 people outside Dhaka.

According to the report, at present, the total number of patients admitted to various government and private hospitals in the country stands at 56. Of these, 556 people have been admitted in 41 government and private hospitals in Dhaka and 11 people have been admitted in other departments.

So far this year (January 1 to July 28), 2,096 people have been admitted to the hospital. At the same time, 1,526 patients have been discharged from the hospital.
