National team shooter Tumpar's condition is critical, the family is looking at the Prime Minister

Lalmonirhat Correspondent: Zakia Sultana Tumpa, a national team shooter from Hatibandha upazila of the district, is undergoing treatment in the ICU of the Intensive Care Unit at Sahabuddin Medical College Hospital in the capital. In this situation, Tumpar's family has prayed for the cooperation of the Prime Minister and the people of the country for better treatment. Last Thursday (July 15) Tumpa and his father Taslim Uddin came to the body of Corona Positov together. Tumpa was in isolation at his village home in Hatibandha upazila in Lalmonirhat after being attacked. Her father was hospitalized.

Last Wednesday (July 21), Tumpa and his father were admitted to Sahabuddin Medical College in Dhaka when their condition deteriorated. Indian type or delta variant has been found in their body. Tumpar's father is in the cabin at the same hospital. His condition is somewhat stable.
Tumpar's younger brother Fouad said doctors said the shooter's condition was not good. Oxygen saturation is generally below 70. Lungs are 35 to 40 percent affected. In this situation, Tumpar sought the cooperation of the Prime Minister for better treatment. Incidentally, Tumpa, who has been growing up in BKSP since 2009, has been participating in the senior national shooting competition. He became the champion in the 2016 10m air rifle event. He participated in international competitions more than once for the country and participated in 2018 and 2019 SA Games. He presented medals for the country in these two events. He finished fourth when he played for the first time at the 2016 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
