The Tigers are playing the only warm-up match today

Sports Desk: Bangladesh team started Zimbabwe mission with victory. Muminul Haque's side won the only Test by 220 runs in the full series. This time the fight is in colorful clothes. The Tigers will play three ODIs against Zimbabwe before the three-match T20 series. Before that, today (Wednesday) Bangladesh team will play the only preparation match.

The only warm-up match before the start of the series will be played at the Takasinghe Sports Club ground in Harare. In this match, the visiting team played a practice match between the two sides before the Test. Today the match will start at 9:30 am local time, i.e. at 1:30 pm Bangladesh time.

Although there is a 16-member squad in the Tests, 18 people have been called up for the ODI team. However, fast bowler Rubel Hossain has not been able to go to Zimbabwe due to visa complications. The rest have already started practicing white ball. The eyes of the red-green representatives in 30 points of the ODI Super League. Therefore, despite being a relatively weak team, the visitors will field a full strength team without taking any risk against Zimbabwe.

The three-match ODI series starts from July 16. Before that, Bangladesh team will play in the only preparation match today. Although the visitors' opponent is Zimbabwe XI, it is not yet known who will play in that team. Tamim Iqbal, the captain of the ODI team, is scheduled to bat in the warm-up match due to injury.
