Storm forecast in different parts of the country

News Desk: The 24-hour forecast of the Bangladesh Meteorological Department has said that there may be temporary gusts or thundershowers in some parts of the country. Along with that there may be scattered hail somewhere.

The forecast for the next 24 hours from 6pm on Thursday (April 22) is that there will be temporary gusts or thundershowers in some parts of Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions and a couple of places in Khulna, Barisal and Chittagong divisions. Can Along with that there may be scattered hail somewhere. Apart from Sitakunda, Rangamati, Noakhali, Feni, Moulvibazar, Rajshahi and Pabna regions, mild to moderate heat waves are blowing over Dhaka, Khulna and Barisal divisions and may subside.

Daytime temperatures across the country may drop by 1 to 3 degrees Celsius and nighttime temperatures may drop slightly. The meteorological office said the country's temperature could rise in the next 72 hours.
