Action against those who did not withdraw their candidature without complying with party instructions: Who

News Desk:  Awami League General Secretary and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said that action will be taken against the relatives of ministers and parliamentarians who have become candidates for ignoring the party decision. 

He said this at a press conference at the political office of the Awami League president in Dhanmondi on Wednesday morning. 

Obaidul Quader said, 'those who did not withdraw their candidature in the upazila elections without following the instructions of the party, they can do so at any time before the elections. There is an opportunity to take organizational action if the decision of the party is violated Teams take action considering their actions. Those who have not withdrawn will be decided in due course. 

He said that disciplinary action will be taken if party instructions are disobeyed. This decision must be made in due course.

Awami League general secretary said, 'In our last general election, after the election, many did not become MPs, many did not become ministers. Here too, there is a matter for the party to decide. Teams will judge their own actions. Those who do not withdraw until the final stage, the team will take action in time.' 

Awami League Joint General Secretary AFM Bahauddin Nashim, Organizing Secretary BM Mozammel Haque, Abu Saeed Al Mahmud Swapan, Mirza Azam, SM Kamal Hossain, Sujit Roy Nandi, Relief and Social Welfare Affairs Secretary Aminul Islam Amin, office were also present in the press conference.
