Diplomatic Correspondent: On 7 April 2026, Susan Ryle, Australian High Commissioner to Bangladesh, met with Shama Obaed Islam, State Minister for Foreign Affairs, to discuss ways to further strengthen the Australia–Bangladesh bilateral relationship.
