In a Saudi Hotel Room, Dighi Found a Note: The Message the Actress Received

Actress Prarthana Fardin Dighi is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to perform at the “Bangladesh Culture” segment of the sixth season of the ongoing Riyadh Season. During her stay at the hotel, a small incident brought her joy and emotion.

Dighi shared that while she was out, a housekeeping staff member left a handwritten note in her hotel room, expressing a desire to meet her. Posting about it on Facebook, she said the note filled her with surprise and happiness.

She wrote that she had requested the reception to clean her room before leaving in the morning. After returning from a long day of walking and shopping, she found a small note on the table, likely from a Bangladeshi staff member. In this digital age, receiving a handwritten note expressing the wish to meet someone felt very sweet to her.

Dighi added that the note reminded her that love still exists in simple, heartfelt gestures like handwritten letters. She said she continues to work for her fans and hopes their love for her remains lifelong.

Alongside Dighi, other artists including Asif Akbar and Monir Khan are also participating in the Riyadh Season event. Dighi was last seen in the film “Jongli” alongside Siam Ahmed, and she currently has two more upcoming films in her portfolio.
