Final Round Auditions for “Notun Kuri” Begin Tomorrow

The popular talent-hunting show for children and adolescents, “Notun Kuri”, has concluded all its preliminary rounds, and the participants have now reached the final stage. The final round will be held from 1st to 4th November.

Ahead of this, on Thursday, 30th October, a grooming session was organized for the finalists, where experienced trainers and artists offered guidance to improve their performance, presentation, and stage skills. Although an additional grooming session was initially scheduled for 31st October at the request of parents, all sessions were completed in one day to facilitate the participants’ practice.

The final round will take place at Bangladesh Television (BTV) Dhaka Center, Rampura, Dhaka. In each category of the “Top Ten” round, the five highest-scoring participants will advance to the final. However, if multiple participants achieve the same highest score, all will be given the opportunity to compete in this round. Results of the “Top Ten” round will be available on BTV’s official website (www.btv.gov.bd), and finalists will also be notified via SMS to the registered mobile numbers. Participants must bring their YES card on the audition day. Further details will be displayed on TV scrolls and the BTV website.

Talented children from across the country have successfully completed all preliminary rounds. In the final, they will compete in music, dance, recitation, storytelling, comedy, and acting, showcasing their best performances to achieve national recognition.

The final round programs in various categories will be broadcast on BTV according to a special schedule, allowing audiences to enjoy the creativity and talent of emerging artists. Additionally, the episodes will be available on BTV’s official Facebook page and YouTube channel.

Over the years, “Notun Kuri” has played a vital role in nurturing young talent and promoting cultural activities. This year’s edition is also expected to serve as an inspiring platform for the development of the new generation’s skills and creativity.
