Corona left 21 lakh 6 thousand deaths worldwide

News Desk: The second wave of corona is going on in the world and new types of corona have been found in several countries including Europe. Experts believe that it is much stronger than the previous virus.

Meanwhile, the number of victims of corona in the world has exceeded 10 crore 8 lakh and the number of deaths has exceeded 21 lakh 7 thousand. As of Wednesday (January 26th) morning, 107,222,401 people had been infected with coronavirus and 217,950 had died in the world, according to Coronavirus, a website that keeps statistics on coronavirus deaths.

Seven crore 26 lakh 37 thousand 498 people have returned home after recovering. Corona has the highest number of infections and deaths in the United States. In the country which is at the top of the list, so far 26 million 11 thousand 222 people have been infected with corona. Four lakh 35 thousand 452 people have died. India, which is the second most affected and the third deadliest country in the world, has so far infected 1,090,269 people and killed 1,53,851.

In the Latin American country of Brazil, which is the third most affected and the second deadliest country, 69,37,590 people have been infected with the corona so far. Two lakh 17 thousand 917 people have died.

Russia ranks fourth in terms of attacks. So far, 38 lakh 57 thousand 931 people have been affected by corona in the country. The virus has killed 80,482 people. The UK ranks fifth in the world in terms of attacks and deaths. So far, 38 lakh 69 thousand 746 people have been infected with corona in the country. Of these, one lakh 172 people died.

France is sixth, Spain seventh, Italy eighth, Turkey ninth and Germany tenth. Besides, Bangladesh ranks 26th. Coronavirus transmission began in late December last year in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. So far, Covid-19 has spread to 217 countries and regions of the world including Bangladesh.
